Usually, only one session is needed for effective and immediate results.

Before your Ellanse treatment, ensure your skin is clean and free from makeup or any other products. Avoid using harsh exfoliants or retinoids for a few days leading up to your appointment to prevent potential irritation. We recommended we avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours. Inform your provider about any medications or supplements you're taking, and avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin for a week prior.

After undergoing Ellanse treatment, it's crucial to follow proper post-care instructions. Immediately after the procedure, apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to the treated area to reduce swelling and discomfort. Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for the rest of the day and refrain from engaging in strenuous exercise or activities that may lead to sweating. Over the next 24-48 hours post-treatment, continue using ice packs as needed to minimize swelling. Stay away from sun exposure and always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher if you need to go outdoors. Keep the treated area clean and dry during this time to promote optimal healing. In the following days post-treatment, gently cleanse the treated area with a mild cleanser and pat it dry. Avoid using harsh skincare products or exfoliants on the treated area, as they may irritate the skin. Additionally, avoid sleeping on the treated area to prevent pressure and displacement of the product.
